Terms and Conditions

oooAbout the process and payment

︰ To have best results, I highly recommended and greatly appreciated if you provide clear instructions or/and photos such as character sheet, clothing, pose, hair style, and/or color palette
︰ I will start the drawing after full payment OR 50% of the payment
I accept USD and PHP via Paypal, Ko-Fi, or Gcash
︰ I will send updates in every stage of drawing starting with sketch, line, and flat color. I will not send the final product if not paid full
︰ During the sketch stage, you are entitled to have 2 major revisions (immense change in appearance, pose, attire) and 3 minor revisions (slight change in facial expression, limbs, accessory)
︰ After you approve the final sketch, there will be no revisions. However if you ask for more changes once you approve of my final sketch, you will be charged a fee
︰ During coloring stage, you are entitled to have 3 minor revisions on colors
︰ There will be no refunds for a nearly completed commission. If you pay in full then cancel a commission after the sketch/line is done, you will receive a 50% refund
However you will receive a full refund if you or I cancel the commission before any work begins
︰ You will receive the final product through a google drive link, again, if you have not paid full you won't be receiving the final product
︰ TAT can take about 3 days or a week, depending on the complexity and my school/work schedules

About the copyright and usage
︰ I hold every right to the created artwork. However I will ask if the artwork could be used to promote me in any place or site and use for art commission samples
︰ The commissioner has the right to print the artwork for personal use, promote themselves, and claim the character (mentioning me would be greatly appreciated)
︰ The commissioner is not allowed to take the creation of the artwork, altering the artwork, removing any signatures/watermarks, feed AI with my drawings, turn it into NFTS,
︰ If I am allowed to post the artwork on my social medias, I will add a huge watermark on it and ask if you want to be mentioned or not
︰ The artwork is only for personal use
︰ If purchasing commercial rights to the artwork, it will always be +100% of the original price, with the commercial rights you can use the artwork to make any merchandise.

About other stuff and notes
︰I hold the right to decline any commission request without giving any reasons
︰English is not my first language so there might be times I won't understand and I apologize
︰If you need the drawing on a specific day, I will charge extra depending on how much time I have left however tell me before the first payment so I can decide if I could do it
︰All of the commissioned artworks will contain my signature/watermark by default
︰If commissioning an NSFW artwork, kindly send proof of any government ID that you are of legal age
︰There might be times where I will not respond for 2-3 days because of my busy schedule, please be patient with me however you are entitled to message me about updates
