| ︰To have best results, please provide clear references (pose, character sheet, etc.) and descriptions before the work starts |
| ︰I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to post it in my portfolio or social media. If you wish for the commission piece to remain private, please let me know in advance |
| ︰I hold the right to decline any commission request that i am not comfortable with and/or excessive rude or inappropriate behavior |
| ︰if commissioning an NSFW piece, please provide any government ID that you are legal of age |
| ︰if you need the commission piece on a specific day, I will charge extra. Please inform me before sending the payment so I can decide if I could do it |
| ︰for communications, I am available on Discord, Instagram, and Bluesky. I have the same username in all social medias |
| ︰by commissioing me, you agree to my terms and conditions |
| PAYMENT AND PROCESS |

| ︰I will start the artwork after full payment OR 50% of the payment |
| ︰payment can be done through Paypal or Ko-Fi for international clients, G-Cash for PH clients |
| ︰the client are entitled to 5 revisions |
| ︰the client will be notified when I have started the commission and will receive updates on every stage to make sure the commission piece is right for the client |
| ︰the time it takes to finish the commission piece varies 1 week to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the commission piece, the workload, or personal issues I am experiencing |
| ︰if something happens that slows down the progress, I will inform the client |
| ︰the client will receive the commission piece with watermark in PNG file through google drive (for high quality) |
| USAGE AND COPYRIGHT POLICY |

| ︰the commission work is for personal use only |
| ︰if for commercial use, the client must discuss it with the artist and it will have additional charges |
| ︰for personal use, the client has the right to use the commission piece for personal prints and use it as a profile picture, banner, and physical goods that are NOT monetized |
| ︰for limited commercial use, the client may use the commission piece for streaming and content use like overlays, thumbnails, and promotional (50% of total price) |
| ︰for full commercial use, the client has the right to use the commission piece for monetization, physical product sales, and prints (100% of total price) |
| ︰the client cannot use the commission piece to train or produce AI artwork |
| ︰the client must give credits to me if the commission piece will be posted on any of their social media platforms |
| ︰the client can print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own but not the artwork itself |
| ︰the client is prohibited to resell, edit, or claim the artwork as their own |
| ︰the rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time |
| REFUNDS |

| ︰there will be no refunds for a nearly completed commission |
| ︰if the client cancel the commission piece after the sketch stage or line art stage, the client will receive 50% refund |
| ︰if the client cancel the commission piece before the artist starts, the client will receive the full refund |
| ︰if I am unable to start the art commission due to unforeseeable events, the client may request full refund |
| ︰the client will receive the commission piece with watermark in PNG file through google drive (for high quality) |
